What we look after

Four ways your product learns a new language.

Every engagement is scoped to your release, not a word-count meter. Tell us what’s shipping and we’ll tell you what it needs.

  • 01

    App & UI localization

Strings, screens and onboarding flows translated to fit your actual layout — no clipped buttons, no runaway German nouns. We work from your keys and hand back something that drops straight into the build.

  • 02

    Website & marketing content

Landing pages, lifecycle emails, store listings and ad copy rewritten to land — not just translated. The promise that converts in English gets a version that converts where you’re headed next.

  • 03

    Cultural adaptation

Currency, dates, idioms, imagery, the joke that won’t travel — we flag what reads wrong before your new customers do, and offer the local-feeling alternative alongside it.

  • 04

    In-context QA

We review the copy inside the live build or staging link — the way a real user meets it — and catch the truncations, overlaps and odd line breaks that only show up on the screen itself.

Per-project pricing

Pick the engagement, not the meter.

Three tiers cover most launches. Need something between them? Send the scope and we’ll quote it back the same way — one number, what’s in it, no per-word surprises mid-sprint.

“Send it over and consider it handled.” We scope, we localize, we QA inside your build — and you sign off on something that already looks shipped.

Every tier includes a native linguist pair, a glossary we keep for your next release, and one round of revisions.

Single Screen

From $400

A full product surface taken into a new region — UI strings, marketing and adaptation across multiple languages, with a complete QA sign-off pass.

Before you ask

The questions we answer most.

Q.01

How fast can you turn a project around?

A Single Screen is usually two to three working days; a Launch Kit runs about a week. We confirm a date in writing before we start.

Q.02

Do you work from our string files?

Yes — JSON, XLIFF, CSV or a sheet. We hand it back in the same format with keys intact, ready to drop into the build.

Q.03

Is this machine translation with a polish?

No. Every project is handled by a native linguist pair. We may use tooling to manage glossaries, but the words are written and judged by people.

Q.04

What if a phrase doesn’t fit our UI?

That’s what in-context QA catches. We flag truncations and overlaps on your staging link and offer a shorter, on-brand alternative.

Q.05

Can you keep our tone of voice?

Send your style guide or a few examples and we build a glossary from it — then keep that glossary on file for your next release.

Q.06

How are revisions handled?

One round of revisions is included in every tier. Larger reworks are quoted up front so the price never moves without your okay.

Q.07

Which languages can you cover?

Twelve in all — from Spanish and German to Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Arabic. The full set is in the strip above.

Q.08

How do payments work?

Per project, invoiced — no retainer, no subscription. We confirm the scope and price first, then bill on delivery.

From your repo to your release

A quiet four-step handoff — you ship, we shadow.
